1. No Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

As our products are large-scale construction machinery, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Project changes or cancellations
Improper use or operation

All purchases are considered final unless there is a verified product quality issue.

2. Product Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a quality issue or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Order details and product information

Once verified, we will provide appropriate solutions, which may include:

Replacement of defective parts
Technical support and troubleshooting
Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of heavy machinery, the following are not eligible for return:

Used or operated equipment
Customized or special-order machinery
Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued:

After verification of a valid quality issue
Based on the extent of the problem and agreed solution

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Shipping Responsibility

For verified product quality issues, we will assist in arranging solutions and cover reasonable related costs where applicable
For any non-quality-related cases, customers are responsible for all costs (if applicable), and returns will not be accepted
